1. Describe the driving forces in your life that are moving you toward growth and change (think positive, reasonable, logical, conscious, and economic).

2. Describe the restraining forces that inhibit growth and change (think negative, emotional, illogical, unconscious, social/psychological).

3. Are the sources of some or all the restraining forces from other people?
