Question 1: Why is it important to assess the culture of an organization before deciding what project management structure should be used to complete a project? Briefly explain your answer.

Question 2: Other than culture, what other organizational factors should be considered when determining which project management structure to use? Briefly explain your answer.

Question 3: What do you believe is more important for successfully completing a project- the formal project management structure or the culture of the parent organization? Briefly explain your answer.

Question 4: Going to university is analogous to working in a matrix environment in that most students take more than one class and must distribute their time across multiple classes. Briefly explain any three problems that this situation creates for you.
