Instructions: research two organizations in the services industry

1. Provide a brief overview of each of the two organizations. This should include, the company name, location(s), services offered and industry.

2. Describe the "purpose" of each of the two organizations. Be specific and detailed, this should answer the question "how do they describe their 'why'".

3. Describe how each of the two organizations has incorporated DEI into its marketing strategy. Be specific and detailed to explain what they have done - you need to consider and address the core components of marketing strategy (think who, what, where, when how) and how it aligns or does not align with the purpose.

4. Explain how incorporating diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) into marketing strategy can help an organization deepen customer relationships.

The following industries are to be used: hospitality & tourism, professional services, retail, financial services, or transportation.
