"Describe the pros and cons of EVERY option. Yes, I would like you to say what each option is, and what your team feels is the advantage and disadvantage of choosing this option. Sometime, the incident will include pros and cons in the description. In these cases, I want you to go a bit beyond what the incident lists and come up with some additional pros and cons."

The following example would have a very low rating, "Supervisor has no daily schedule prepared and assigns work 45 minutes after the shift begins." Favored by federal agencies and personnel researchers because they are related to the specific job.
