4- Based on this plan, suggest possible improvements so that the target of 700 loans per month can be achieved. Don't provide any quantitative analysis at this point. Just elaborate with a brief narrative.

5- Workers differ in terms of productivity. Some workers produce more per hour than others. How would your process improve if you increase the workers' productivity (i.e. all workers perform at maximum rate in a step)?

6- Would it help to balance the line, by moving some workers from one step to another? Elaborate.

7- After line-balancing and improving productivity, if capacity is still not enough, you can rely on additional workers. Point out in which step/s you need the additional workers. Elaborate.
