Write a 3 to 5 pages project plan detailing how you will fulfill the requirements of the RFP and project proposal you wrote about in Milestone Two. You may use information from earlier milestones to write your proposal as long as you modify it to match the main elements of this homework.

Specifically, you must address the following criteria:

A. Main Elements: Include the following main elements and requirements. Cite multiple examples to illustrate each element.

1. Project description: Describe the background, goals, and objectives of the project based on the RFP and your proposal.

2. Problem identification: Describe the problem/concern from the RFP and any relationship to the problem you selected in Milestone One.

3. Project team:

a. Identify the project team members from both your firm and the client organization. Describe the roles and skills they will use to address the problem or concern.

b. Identify the project leader and other decision makers from each organization. Include how they will communicate and work together to make decisions during the project.

4. Project resources: Describe financial, technical, and other resources and how you will use them to identify the root cause of the problem and apply interventions to address behavior and solve the problem. Examples of interventions include training, systems overhaul, new policies and procedures, coaching, and many other possibilities.

5. Project timeline: Include a timeline for completing project tasks and providing deliverables to the client. Ensure it aligns with any deadlines and deliverables requested in the RFP.

6. Outcome and deliverables: Describe how you will present the outcomes of the project to the client. Examples of ways to do this include a white paper outlining recommendations, a presentation, and a training or leadership-development program to address the problem.

B. Inquiry and Analysis: Explore multiple issues through extensive collection and in-depth analysis of evidence to make informed conclusions.

C. Integration and Application: Correctly apply relevant course concepts.

D. Critical Thinking: Demonstrate comprehensive exploration of issues and ideas before accepting or forming an opinion or conclusion.

E. Research: Incorporate many scholarly resources effectively that reflect the research's depth and breadth.
