1. The now defunct -Health and Wellcare Services of Florida, Inc., Crystal River, Florida

2. The patients would have been considered the stakeholders at the time the corporation was fluid in operation. As I have stated multiple times in the past; if it were not for the patients, there would be no business, no employees, no benefit to the community.

3. The areas of conflict were other primary care providers in the area; accepting insurances not accepted by Health and Wellcare, diagnostic services that may have been offered within other facilities, more than one physician available to see patients. These few scenarios; I feel, hurt Health and Wellcare.

4. The patients benefited by having their primary care provider relatively accessible. Small town mentality prefer the option of being able to walk into their physicians office and be treated like a human and not a number.
