One of the best ways to study leadership is by studying leaders. The personal and professional qualities of leaders indicate the factors that make a person a leader. You will examine one leader's experience to draw conclusions about leadership.

Select a leader whose professional career you know well. You may have directly observed the leader or you may have read about the leader. Consider the experiences of that leader.
