Are there any narratives (e.g., origin story)? what category do you think the culture falls into? Is this the same category as you believe the culture aspires to? For example, maybe it is a hierarchy culture in your opinion, but appears to aspire to a clan culture. Shifting towards different types of climate, what type of climate would be most important for this organization to focus on given its goals, products/services?

For example, safety, diversity, or ethical climate. Why do you believe that? Does this organization seem to have elements of that specific climate? For example, the organization should focus on safety climate and currently does that by including safety performance as part of promotion decisions.
