Nurse Next Door

Consider that your team has been hired by one of Nurse Next Door's franchise owners to make a performance management program for the owner to use with their employees. Consider the fact that this company operates in a virtual environment with employees working remotely and not side by side with each other in an office environment. What systems, processes, and tools will you design and recommend to the franchise owner? 

  1. Describe the organizational strategy of Nurse Next Door. do some research and tell us why and how are they unique in their industry, etc. What are the work culture and environment? What is it like to work there? In addition to describing the company strategy, provide some analysis that is relevant to your task of designing a performance management program. You can do primary (read about the company) research.
  2. Design and describe your recommendations to the franchise owner for how to manage the performance of the virtual team These components include setting expectations assessing and providing feedback and development What tools would you design and/or recommend that the company use?
