Case Study: Act as a Human resources consultant you are hired to implement a change in PepsiCo Calgary. You should research the purpose of this organization to provide a framework prior to researching the change. After you have information on the values and background of this manufacturing company, research the change for this assignment. This change has been identified as a priority by the employees and the senior leadership team. The change that will be implemented is the change the sick leave policy to accommodate the impact of COVID-19.
