Assignment: Research a company that has gone through significant change(s). The company can be Canadian or International. The change could be in leadership, product, market, merger / acquisition, etc. The assignment should include the following:

· Executive Summary

· Introduction

· Part 1-explain/describe the organization before the change

· Part 2-explain/describe what the change was and why the change was needed / relate the change to chapters in your e-text

· Part 3-explain whether the change was successful and whether it met the intended expectations

· Part 4- What if anything could have been done to improve the change / was the change worthwhile

· Conclusion
