If you are manufacturing a product, or operating a retail store, or providing a service, each type of business will operate differently. Therefore, you may not need some parts of the content that has been provided as a guideline. For instance if you are not producing a product, you will not need to know production techniques. Therefore, provide details on the sections that make sense for your business. The business operations will set up the financial needs for the business that you will work on in the weeks to come. As you outline your operations, make financial considerations. For instance if you plan to purchase used equipment or start with a lower (or higher) inventory, explain your reasoning.
