Describe the operational definition. That is, how would you measure this product/service quality?

Select a product or service that demonstrates less than perfect quality. This may or need not relate to the Week One Individual Assignment.

Identify the specification. That is, having determined how to measure the quality, what is the minimum and/or maximum measurement allowable in order to have acceptable quality? Think of the Goldilocks and the Three Bears fairy tail (soup that is too hot, too cold, or just right).

I'm not asking you to take actual measurements, but conceptually judge how capable is the process that is used to deliver the product/service selected. Apply Taguchi Loss Function thinking to your analysis.

Choose one of Deming's 14 points or one of Juran's trilogy, and comment how it is or could be applicable to the process used to deliver the product/service selected.
