Case: Using this worksheet, for Part 1, a transcript of a two-person dialogue that demonstrates how your chosen noisemaker can affect a conversation. If you have not already done so, review the Unit III Noisemakers document to see an example of how the dialogue should be formatted.

Your dialogue should be a minimum of one page in length.

For Part 2, apply the skills that you learned after reading Chapters 3 and 4 to show how you would decrease the effect of that noisemaker. Revise your dialogue transcript to include additions and/or revisions. Your revised dialogue example should be a minimum of one page in length.

For Part 3, a one-page conclusion in which you accomplish the following:

Question 1: Describe the negative effect of the noisemaker that you selected for this dialogue.

Question 2: Discuss tools that you can use to minimize the effects of noisemakers.

Question 3: Discuss how micro-expressions are conveyed as a part of the communication process.

Question 4: Summarize how the skills learned in Unit II and III created a more successful dialogue
