Describe the metabolism of ifosfamide in comparison to cyclophosphamide using structures and a short paragraph. Which one would you expect to be more toxic (350 words)fosfamide and cyclophosphamide. Both share the same mechanism of action by alkylating DNA but their metabolism is different.
