In this forum, let's think about OUR University. As with all organizations, key performance indicators (KPI's) can be used to help gauge the success of an organization. While this will be a limited analysis of the university, let's discuss some KPI's that could be used to measure success.

Keep in mind that KPI's don't always have to involve financials or money. Think about classroom utilization, the success of graduates, and other items that may reflect and/or support the goals of the university. Complete the following:
