In this essay the innovative idea taken by the team members are regarding the scrapbook buddy. This scrapbook buddy is mainly created by the team members that help the people to organize their old photos pore stamp cards. These help them to create and made their memories safe through the age. As all these procedure helps the old photos to be safe.

This scrapbook helps the people to maintain their entire life long memories safe also at a very low cost. In recent time, where people are using this new innovative ideas this is one of the most creative aspect that can be done by the people, if more individuals take part in this initiative.

However, to imply this innovative and creative idea among the people, the team members related with the idea needs to imply a strong implementation method.

In addition, in order to set the ground for this idea more strongly and prominently; they chosen the model of SNIFF implementation idea (Mnzava et al., 2015).

The main goal of the project is to introduce their innovation of scrapbook buddy to a larger audience scale. In order to achieve this, the team members have created some objectives, such as,

• They need to plan a solid implementation plan for the project,

• They need to set a target audience,

• They need to create a proper budget for the project,

• Finally, they need to set a time frame for the work.

Methodology

Here in this methodology part the team members have vividly described the importance of an implementation plan, and chose the perfect plan that goes with the innovation, such as SNIFF.

SNIFF basically means a five layered plan that includes Strategy, Need, Impact, Feasibility, and Feel. The team members implied this plan in order to introduce this creative innovation of scrapbook buddy to the general audiences(Brown & Hershberger, 2018).

Strategy

The very first stage of this implementation plan is related with the strategy. For this the team members need to select a proper strategy that helps the company to create a base related with the project. Entire view regarding the project needs to be clear in order to get a clear vision of the project that further helps the company to set a proper strategic aspect (Groves et al., 2017).

Need

In this second section of the model the project members needs to decide the need of the project among the audience they are targeting. According to the need of the customers the project holders needs to imply their creative and innovative aspects, as the need creates a deep impact on cultural aspects as well.

Impact

In this section of the plan the project holders discusses importance of the impact that mainly happens due to the project implementation among the people. In addition, the project also gets developed according to the impact of it to the audiences.

Feasibility

This part decides the feasible state of the project and how this is impacting the whole work. Also this section describes the practicality and workability of the project. It also describes that the project can be done within the technical time framework,

Feel

This final segment is one of the important aspects as it allows the workers feel empowered through working in this scrapbook project. This helps the employees to use their brainstorm techniques (Nagy, Stentz & Zhang, 2018)

Risks in the implementation process

Any kind of implementation risk is potential enough in order to create a failure in the development of a project. Mainly this term is famous in the section of a launch of any new product. Such as,

Integration, where enterprise resource planning fails due to the legacy systematic transaction,

Data, when inconsistence data fails the bank's website deployments,

Benefit realization, when consumer satisfactory issues backout the implementation plan due to the social media complaints against the project,

Availability, unstable code crashes the manufacturing process of the project,

Information security, due to the vulnerability in the section of security system of the information technologies initiatesfurther threats to the project,

Process, if the team is launching the product of scrapbook buddy without any solid consideration regarding the market of opportunities related with sales can causes the harm in the supply chain of the product as well,

Training, a new project launch always requires prominent and appropriate trained and skilled employees without them the whole project can go at loss (Aicheler et al., 2019).

Include a cost/benefit analysis appropriate for your particular audience.

Ensure your slides are visually appealing and conform to conventions of effective slide design. Include a reference slide with a minimum of three secondary resources utilized in the development of your presentation.
