You will identify and study a case of change management that has occurred (and may be still occurring) during the past two years.
The case will relate to an organization that has undergone, or is undergoing change, between 2011-2015 in which you have an interest and can obtain sufficient information during session to undertake the necessary theoretical analysis on the change
You will describe the industry and organization in which this change has occurred/ is occurring, the specific details of the change, details of environmental factors that have influenced the change, and provide a chronology of the milestones in that change.
You will identify the main issue that the organization is addressing, and will look at the way the management is handling that issue. Based on theory, critically evaluate the approach taken by management in addressing the challenges they face, and advice on what more might be done to effect sustainable change.

- Chronology and highlights of change process (what are the issues/problems/difficulties/crisis that happened and summary of how it happened.
- Context factors influencing the change ( the ways the management is handling the problem and why they choose the ways to handle this problem)
- Analysis of change -content and process issues with supporting conceptual theories (is the management successful in handling the issues/problems/difficulties/crisis?)
- Description of management of change ( state if you think they are successful/ unsuccessful and why)
