Scenario:
Congratulations! In your first week as Executive Director at Cedar Lake Community Center, LLC, you have familiarized yourself with your new managerial duties by learning oversight systems and met with your two lower-level managers. Though approved for the federal grant, the letter states that a final plan would need to be completed in six weeks that details specific plans for how Cedar Lake Community Center, LLC will spend this money towards addressing homelessness. Your leadership role involves being transparent and keeping all stakeholders abreast of the happenings within the organization.

You begin this process by educating your employees and developing a letter to the Board of Trustee - noting that the board's next meeting date is held one week before the final plan is due back to the federal government housing program.
