As America moves into an uncertain future many new challenges and dilemmas may arise. The manner in which the government balances the constitutional rights afforded in a democratic society and the compelling need of national security will define us as a nation. One of the areas that will test this balancing act in the future is America's strategy to combat terrorists' and terrorist organizations' use of social media.
