In this Study Circle Discussion you will choose an Brain Fitness Activity experience to share and also inquire of others about theirs.
Choose ONE Study Circle Forum for post (A or B). The choices depend on which Activity you want to talk about:
A) Study Circle A activities include: Nondominant handwriting OR drawing OR language acquisition
B) Study Circle B activities include: Standing on one foot OR mindful walking OR drumming
