Question: The model organism, Drosophila melanogaster expresses a protein during embryogenesis and with increasing time after egg laying (AEL), the protein expression increases and then, eventually decreases. You take a biochemical approach and end up detecting the protein abundance at different timepoints, 10, 20 and 30 minutes using a Western Blot.
