Task 1: Instructions
The assessment aims to evaluate your ability to accurately describe the project and its relationship to program, portfolio, and operations management. You are required to:
• Write a report based on secondary research.
• Carry out basic research to gather data and use this for answering the assessment questions.
• Submit the report as per the specified submission method.
• Provide the reference links in your report wherever applicable

b. List PROGRAMS running under your selected company. (PC1.2)
c. List the PROJECTS running under any one of the programs mentioned above. (PC1.2)
