I want you to write a 2 page MLA formatted paper that outlines the facts of the case and how the precedence effected how civil liberties or civil rights are protected. What were the arguments in the case? What group's rights or what civil liberties were in question and what rights were established as a result. Did they either overturn or establish a precedent regarding protecting civil liberties and civil rights.
