A car pulls up to the three people, and there is a short dialogue between them. One man goes behind a nearby building and then comes back to the car. There is a handshake, and the car speeds away. You stop the car that sped away. Through your legal investigation, you discover two rocks of cocaine in the right front pants pocket of the passenger which are later determined to weigh 1.2 grams.
