Case study: JetBlue Airways: Starting from Scratch

According to the case study, how would you describe the relationship between the business model of Jet Blue, the Brand, and its service model? Analyze the way these ideas relate to one another and how they ultimately factor into the airline's value proposition.

The case discusses human resources practices and policies in some detail. Describe the elements of human resource management applied to Jet Blue and analyze and how these practices impact the airline's service. How does the selection and treatment of employees factor into their business model and service model?
