Assignment: Employment Contract Purpose

The purpose of this assignment is to allow you to analyze contract terms and demonstrate your understanding by identifying the implications for an employer based on the terms contained in the contract.

How to Proceed
This assignment and the following assignments will be completed using your own organization (or a past employer). You may also choose to approach another organization, such as a not-for-profit organization that you are associated with, to examine in your assignments. Regardless of what organization you choose, you may use a pseudonym for the organization's name to keep the organization anonymous in your assignments.

Note: If you do not have a suitable organization to use for your assignments, contact the instructor as soon as possible to discuss other options.

To conduct this assignment:

1. Complete the assigned reading for Module 2.

2. Review the Sample Employment Contract on pages 106 & 107 of the textbook.

3. Review the employment contract used at your selected organization.

4. Compare the two employment contracts.

5. Write a response of up to 750 words, including:
a. Describe the differences between the contracts.
b. Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of your organization's employment contract.
c. Recommend changes to your organization's employment contract, and explain the rationale behind the recommended changes.

We need pages 105 and 106 to see the sample of employment contract as mentioned in the requirement comments are there of teacher in file 539.jpg- Solution snap shot also attached done by tutor where it is written in assignment that it has to be done n psychotherapist contract??????????? Please guide and then i would rework. i would prefer you to refer only my textbooks. the respective chapters and page numbers byou are referencing, please indicate them for my self-understanding

Please guide me as after reading the comments of professor I have found out that the file was to made on some another topic which is not mentioned. Where is it written in the assignment that it has to be done n psychotherapist contract? Please guide and then I would rework. If the requirements have changed then this is going to affect the full file and in such a case what to do and this cant be done today itself. hey i want to ask which text book they use i must refer to it pages 106 an 107
