Could you explain more about the single-subject design that best fits your study based upon your research and understanding of each design (reversal, withdrawal, multiple baselines-across participants, behaviors, or settings, changing criterion, alternating treatment/multielement).
Describe why you selected it and how the design is specifically implemented within your hypothetical research study.
Create hypothetical data for your study. Describe the results of the intervention that was implemented.
Provide a graph of the data using the appropriate single-subject design graph.
Copy and paste the graph(s) into the same document as the rest of the assignment (do not submit separate files).
Graphs should use the guidelines from Chapter 6 of your Applied Behavior Analysis text, including chart title, data line with markers in black and white only, phase labels, phase change lines, figure caption, x axis line and label, y axis line and label, and any additional elements depending upon the individual single subject design.
Summarize results of the graph in a visual analysis (trend, level, variability) across and between phases

The participants targeted in this hypothetical study are children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), aged 3 to 6 years old. The focus on this age group is crucial as headbanging behavior tends to manifest during early childhood, and intervention at this stage can be more effective in reshaping behavior patterns. The inclusion criteria specify children with a clinical diagnosis of ASD, and the sample will consist of both genders to ensure a representative study population. Twenty children (10 males, 10 females) meeting the criteria of ASD diagnosis were recruited from the early intervention center. Informed consent was obtained from parents or legal guardians. The children had a mean age of 4.5 years (SD = 0.8). The inclusion criteria specified a clinical diagnosis of ASD, confirmed through standardized assessments conducted by licensed clinicians.
Procedure
Discuss the appropriate procedure or independent variable used in the hypothetical behavior analytic research study.
Based on the research that you have done, describe the implementation of the intervention (independent variable).
Include a description of how it was implemented for each participant in a specific situation.
Be clear about how the intervention was implemented (technological), rather than just naming the intervention.
Data Collection
Describe the data collection method.
Clearly identify the data recording method (frequency, duration, etc.) used and explain why that method was selected.
Describe the instrument you used for recording the data and why it was selected.
Describe the schedule for data collection you used (when it was collected, where, by whom, etc.).
Describe how baseline data was gathered.
Interobserver Agreement
Examine interobserver agreement (IOA) information.
Discuss what method of interobserver agreement was used.
Explain how it was calculated, the percent of sessions it was collected, and the percent agreement.
