Question

Canada Importers is a Canadian firm based out of Mississauga Ontario. It was founded in 1979 and imports many different types of products. The company is looking to expand and has found that there is an opportunity within the aluminum market in Canada. The management team has researched the best countries to import aluminum from and found that Germany and Switzerland are the potential candidates. Your group represents one of two 4PL companies that have been hired by Canada Importers to perform an analysis on importing aluminum from Switzerland into Canada. Your group will be required to research on Switzerland and prepare a report that addresses the questions below in full. Based on the report, Canada Importers will choose which 4PL company they will partner with for the expansion.
