Assignment:

Part A: Drawing on the Deloitte Knowledge Management model, describe the current state of Knowledge Management within an organisation of your choice.

You should cover all six aspects: i) Strategic Alignment, ii) leadership & governance, iii) people & culture, iv) process & organisation, v) content & context vi) and Technology.

You can choose one of the suggested organisations listed below*; however, you may choose an entirely different organisation - but ensure that the organisation you select is widely written about on internet and in journal articles.

Part B: Write an Action Plan that addresses Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats discussed in Part A (relating to KM).

The Action Plan should include: short- medium- and long-term goals and also identify employee roles responsible for their action. The focus on the action plan needs to be knowledge management theory and processes
