• Describe a consulting project you have hypothetically been engaged in either as a participant or as a client. Describe the context of the engagement, client industry type and culture, the scope and nature of the engagement, the purpose, methodology used and outcomes.

Part B:

Design an ideal project team to handle the hypothetical client engagement described above. Identify each member of the team, their expertise needed, the roles and responsibilities each would play, and any interpersonal skills they might need to be a successful team member or leader.
