Scenario:

Your security company has large contracts with hospitals and shopping centres.It was established in 2001 by a former military and police officers. Its organizational culture is militaristic, strict and focusses on efficiency and professionalism. It is hiring 20 new staff this month. You want them to get off to a good start with the company and need to organize their orientation/onboarding. This is going to be costly so you need to justify why this process is important.
