TOPIC - WHY GOVERNMENT HEALTH AND MEDICAL SECTOR HAVE SUCH HIGH STAFF TURNOVER

Introduction

The main purpose of this research paper is to examine the reasons why government health & medical sector have a higher rate of staff turnover compared to other government sectors such as education & training, police, emergency services etc, with its impact on the organizations productivity and effectiveness. The first step to accomplishing the study is to give a brief discussion of the following four issues with reference to important and essential research articles and journals that support the research problem.

Objectives of the research

The aim of the study is to help in the understanding the health issues related to the employees turnover and the costs implications. Below are the objectives in summary.

1. To describe the concept of the employees turnover

2. To ascertain some of the key points regarding the different factors contributing to high turnover in the health sector

3. To state and explain some of the regulations formulated by the healthcare departments in Australia and how they affect the management of health systems.

4. To explain the strategies that medical practitioners should take to counter the issue of employee's turnover.

Research questions -

The following research questions were formulated to guide the researcher towards the study findings, which will help in achieving the research objectives in relation to its problem statement:

1. What factors cause high staff turnover in government health & medical sector?

2. What are the internal and external factors that contribute to high staff turnover?

3. How does monetary and non-monetary motivators contribute towards employees' retention in government health & medical sector?

4. What is the impact of high staff turnover on organizational effectiveness and employees' performance?

5. What strategies can appropriately mitigate high staff turnover rate?

Topic is-why government health and Medical sector have such high staff turnover. Keep it simple. Here I have part 1 and 2 of the assignment. What you have to do is you have to continue it, please read the examples and follow the structure same as it is, read the example 1 specially. Total 2000 words. Harvard Referencing- minimum 20 references and BETWEEN ONLY. Please refer journal articles only. Summaries the literature review - maximum 2 paragraph. Please define the sampling properly (sampling process and sample size). Select at least 4 government hospital in Melbourne Victoria and select the focus group from that (25-35 people). Write about the qualitative and quantitative sample clearly. How to contact them, what time, write about depth interview with managers and there experience also. Once a again keep it simple.
