3. Explain what a multinational corporation (MNC) is (include two examples) and identify at least three stakeholders of a MNC and explain the conflicts of interest between the business and the stakeholders you have identified.

4. Use a real-life scenario or case study to describe in detail one example of unethical business practice and evaluate the implication(s) this has had on the business. The report should then explore possible response(s) of employees if they were to encounter or discover an unethical business practice. In the same section, the report should also evaluate a piece of legislation that addresses whistleblowing
