Analyze the following situation:
o Ms. Luna Izquierdo, President and CEO of Limpio Mucho, Inc., wants to determine the best way to quickly implement the new business strategy. She has commissioned you to suggest a new compensation plan specific to the Puerto Rico team. You must propose the plan and a justification for its approval by the Human Resources Department. She must consider that Limpio Mucho, Inc. needs to keep costs balanced, but at the same time wants to provide a compensation plan that fits her need to aggressively expand her operations on the Island.
