Case Study:

Peggy is a 6 year-old who is visually impaired and has cerebral palsy. Peggy receives OT and PT in school; OT twice a week outside of school; and ST. She receives botox injection in BLEs every 6 months. Her parents report that Peggy has specialized reading materials and has an enlarged computer screen monitor to assist her. Peggy has had serial casting of B LEs and the doctor notes that she has improved ROM.
