You have been appointed as an Assistant Human Resource Manager at McDonald's. The company has about 200 employees. You plan to develop a performance measurement system to increase employee productivity in the company. However, the Human Resource Manager at McDonald's. stated that they did not have the necessary provisions and needed to obtain permission from the Director for that purpose. Therefore, you have been asked to prepare report to explain the advantages of using an electronic performance management system as compared to manual management.
