Question: For this assignment you will need to select a small or mid-sized company operating in South Florida or internationally (could be the company you currently work for or a company a family or friend works for) and interview the manager and/or owner and apply specific business models (Porter's Five Forces, SWOTanalysis, Product Life Cycle, PESTLE Analysis, etc.) to the selected company. In your report, you will be required to indicate the name and position of the manager and/or owner you interviewed for this assignment. This assignment needs to be 2 to 4 pages single spaced and must include related charts and/or graphs. Report presentation will count toward the assignment grade so please make sure the report is professionally completed.
