1- Introduction section of the project (one paragraph).

2- Organization Description section: describe the business/ organization your project will be on (not more than 1 page).

3- Process/Subprocess Overview: describe the process and subprocesses that your project will focus on, AND a high level overview of the issues/ problems/ errors/ questions that exist in the current process/subprocess.

4- Scope/Opportunity Assessment: analyze the scope and magnitude of the improvement opportunity based on the issues and questions posed in section 3 above.

AFTER the title page and the 3 -page report, submit: The “as-is” process model captured in BPMN (which you can submit as a separate PDF file if you find it more convenient than embedding in the document). Make sure that the process model includes a high-level value chain.
