Part II: Church Leaders' View of Laity and Them Being Leaders

From the biblical principles and precepts studied in your School of Divinity classes and especially this course, explain how your perspective of the laity has changed. Healthy churches are led by church leaders who understand and know how to help members grow and become leaders in Christ's work. Give Scripture principles and applications you will follow to confidently work with and develop the laity to become leaders in Christ's work. (This part of the paper should be 600)

Part III: Church Leaders and Church Extending Christ's Kingdom

Church leaders invest in members to help them become leaders who will be examples of Godly, disciple-making (making new disciples and strengthening existing ones).
