Describe strategies leaders with strong cultural intelligence use to manage global teams. Explain the benefits as well as challenges facing businesses today operating in the global marketplace.

Congratulations! The company you have chosen for your project has decided to go global or expand its operations outside of its original starting country. Using the company that you have been analyzing as part of your final project (a company you currently work for or previously have worked for), choose a country for it to increase its operations to, and provide the reasoning behind this choice. If the company you choose is already global, include background information on that as part of the discussion, but also select a country that you think it should expand to next and provide background as to why.

Using this week's readings, as well as providing additional references and research, describe the benefits and challenges of globalization and expanding the operations for your company. Be sure to discuss the risks. In addition, discuss what kind of multicultural team the company will require to make this a success?
