Assignment:

You should pick a familiar company. This might be a company for which you did a co-op, or maybe it is a family business, or you just know a lot about them. You might be able to glean a lot of information from their web page. I don't expect you to know proprietary (i.e. secret insider information) but you should be able to infer their marketing strategy from you interactions with them or just your web page. Provide a one page abbreviated marketing plan for a company.

In the first paragraph, introduce the company by describing its founding principles, business plan, sustainable competitive advantage, marketing orientation, and any other relevant information presented. Look at the Steve Jobs video again to understand their core values. Based on all this, what is their strategy? (This should be the last sentence of the first paragraph.)

In paragraph 2 & 3, pick one of the tactics we reviewed in the last half of the course and explain how they are using it to fulfill their strategy. Do one tactic per paragraph.
