Develop a 4 to 6 page action plan to address the CEO's concerns about motivating and engaging existing employees during organizational changes. Be sure to address the following in your plan:

Question 1. Read the scenario in the introduction to this assignment. Assess the current state of employee engagement in the scenario. In your assessment, explain why employees may be unmotivated and disengaged.

Question 2. Describe specific steps that the CEO could take to improve employee engagement and explain why each step would be effective. Be sure to incorporate what you have learned about personality, job attitudes, and motivation as well as positive organizational practices in the steps that you are recommending.
