Describe some of the emotional, relationship and financial implications of the chronic illness on the person's relationship with family members.
Explore the adjustments that family members must make when a loved one is diagnosed with the illness.
Describe how communities can promote or hinder positive adaptation to the illness.
Examine community level responses to healthy coping with the illness. Provide a brief overview (1 paragraph or so) of community promotion initiatives concerning your chosen condition. Then focus on one community-level intervention and describe it. Be sure to state why you chose this one.
