1. Enhancing my ability to navigate ethical dilemmas by seeking guidance from my supervisor and faculty liaison when faced with challenging situations.
2. Improving my professional communication skills by actively seeking feedback from my supervisor and faculty liaison and implementing their suggestions.
3. Enhancing my cultural competence by actively seeking opportunities to learn about different cultures, traditions, and perspectives.
4. Developing strategies to effectively communicate and engage with clients and constituencies as experts of their own experiences, respecting their unique backgrounds and identities.
5. Advocating for the rights of the boys at the group home facility by actively addressing any barriers they face in accessing services and ensuring their voices are heard.
