For this Assignment you will pretend as if you were consulting with a nonprofit organization. You may create a case study for this Assignment or you can select a current existing program. As the consultant you have created a plan to measure the effectiveness of the organization. You will describe Impact Program Evaluation to the organization.

You will describe the various research designs for Impact Program Evaluation as well as help them understand the pros and cons of each design. You will explain to them, based on their program what the best option is for program evaluation. As explained in Chapter 11 of your text, there are common threats to internal validity that can prevent you from acquiring the accurate data you need to effectively plan to improve a program. Describe the seven threats to internal validity to the organization. You will describe to the organization ways in which they become more vulnerable to these threats and methods to prevent these internal threats to validity.
