The large room holds 18 participants, and each of them is busy building and painting their birdhouses. You notice that the area you are working in is quite disorganized: there are pieces of wood laying on the floor, paint spills on the floor, a can of nails has fallen to the floor, at times there is not enough ventilation, unfinished birdhouses are lying around with people tripping over them. The paintbrushes are not clean, and the sink area is dirty. You tell your supervisor that you feel unsafe working in these conditions.
