Create a 1 to 2 pages outline that addresses the following information by first researching your State's K-5 Social Studies Curriculum and aligned standards to address the following:
I. Indicate the grade level you chose and the theme your grade level focuses on.
II. Choose an emphasis topic from the table above and describe the core discipline (civics, history, economics, geography) the topic aligns with and why. Consider reviewing Dimension 2 of the C3 Framework (pp. 29-51) to understand what each core discipline involves.
