1. Consider three (3) situations where misunderstandings arose due to differences in culture. Identify these three (3) situations and explain how you recognised and respected the specific cultural needs, making an effort to sensitively respond.

2. Considering the above identified situations, reflect on what verbal and non-verbal communication strategies you utilised when communicating with people from diverse social or cultural backgrounds. Describe and reflect on how these strategies assist in establishing, developing and maintaining effective relationships, mutual trust and confidence. In this reflective question, you must reflect on all three (3) situations individually
